KB’s life lessons began as a young girl on the south side of Chicago. Through her parent’s example of caring for others throughout their community, she learned how helping others touched people’s lives and the desire to provide others with that same caring experience was born!
That desire to help others has blossomed into KB’s 15 plus years of progressive accountability in global program and project management, enterprise operations, and strategic management across public and private sectors with documented success leading diverse technology and people programs end-to-end by leveraging subject matter expertise in ITIL (Best Practices), Bachelors of Global Business Management, and a Master’s in Public Administration.
A few of KB’s major focus’ is providing optimal customer service in global program and project delivery, strategic planning, organizational change management, equitable and inclusive leadership programming and management, coaching and mentoring, regulatory compliance, risk management, process development, and continuous improvement to optimize results.
