Senior Consultant, Unify Consulting

Senior Process Manager, Blue Cross Blue Shield

Responsible for federal reporting, program operations, process and business management for the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Operating Rules for Administrative Simplification. This role required coaching and guiding IT executives and process managers on streamlining IT processes to eliminate redundancies. To help increase customer satisfaction and drive simplicity. Process audits were developed and implemented across teams to increase process alignment. Continuous improvements to corporate best practices and regular engagement with business teams helped to maintain 88% and higher regulatory compliance within the program.

IT Analyst, Change Management, United Airlines

Change Manager Lead for Server/Storage Management, Facilities, Infrastructure, Network Operations, Technical Operations, and Network Engineering, managing full life cycle of change management projects from conceptualization through identifying business requirements, risk assessment, road mapping to launch, corporate communication, and postimplementation reviews. Facilitated Change Advisory Board meetings including management reporting. Provided guidance and oversight for release control and adhered to ITIL best practices including mentoring colleagues in “safety first” frameworks for production environment(s). 

Supply Chain Logistics Manager, INEOS

Managed the development and deployment of change management strategies for the polymer business unit to improve efficiency. Created and implemented vendor engagement program in collaboration with company’s railroad partners. This included managing and mitigating threats and incidents of rail movement, and collaborating with railroad teams to review rail legs for better service to help customers receive shipments within their deadlines. Accountable for railcar ownership identification and implemented full-scale retrieval process. Created and implemented a payment processing system for the polymer business, resulting in $100K+ in cost savings monthly. Collaborated with North American and EU teams to coordinate communications and guidance regarding corporate logistic guidelines and railcar management for field operations with teams across the United States, Canada, and Europe.
